If I was to work with my own freelance I would possibly ask the person what kind of work they want. If they want a 3D art I would make a 3D art. If they wanted a Flash I would open flash. If they wanted a website I open Photoshop. You know the drill. I would also ask them what kind of thing they want in the work. Then I would ask for more info possibly about the person. We would keep talking until we can come up with a reasonable price. Then I would get to work.
